Those kiosks are built on the renovated market that has three floors and 1,510 kiosks. Every trader is obligated to pay for electricity, water and market management fee fees (BPP).
"Its amount will be socialized after they occupy the market," he told.
After the market handover, his party will impose the usufructuary rights to the trader's place of business. "By so, they will be charged the purchase fee, use right to the place of business, the amount to be borne by us must be agreed upon with them first," he said.
